7dc8bfc806 Fix property mappings 
For MP4 map ENCODEDBY to ©enc instead of ©too, which is now mapped to
ENCODING.
For ASF, add new properties ENCODINGTIME (WM/EncodingTime) and FILEWEBPAGE
(WM/AudioFileURL).
