19da598845 Use a precompiled header for p7zip. 
That's the only way I am able to get the compiler found all the declarations it needs.

1903b6753f Update compressed_archive to support the latest version of 7zip 18.05 
p7zip has been abandoned and the latest version available is 16.02.

f139510a51 Update .gitattributes to cover all text files 
* text=auto does not affect files that already have been commited as 
CRLF. We need to explicitely set the text attributes for these files to 
enable line conversion.

0e9a3a6407 Stop QtWebApp from eating out debug messages 
QtWebapp installs a custom logger/message handler which reroutes all
debug messages to it's custom logger class.

As the default logging level for QtWebApp's logger is set to "critical"
this means that all debug messages are sent to nirvana. Solution:
Replace QtWebApp's messageHandler with our own (using QsLog).

37d9e54056 Normalize .gitattributes too

a2c0c65006 Add .gitattributes rules for text and binary handling 
Text files' line endings will be internally normalized which should save
us a fair amount of headache when merging. Binary files will be left
alone.
