Lukáš Krejčí c5f9258462 Finished parseFields, renderFields and asProperty methods of ChapterFrame and TableOfContentsFrame classes.

Methods setElementID of ChapterFrame and TableOfContentsFrame classes now automatically terminates new element ID with null.
