WAV: AudioProperties improvements

Add lengthInSeconds(), lengthInMilliseconds() properties. (#503)
Add bitsPerSample() property besides sampleWidth(). (#360)
Add format() property. (#360)
Add some tests for audio properties.
Add some supplementary comments.
