Don't assume TDRC is an instance of TextIdentificationFrame (#831)

Browse Source 
If TDRC is encrypted, FrameFactory::createFrame() returns UnknownFrame
which causes problems in rebuildAggregateFrames() when it is assumed
that TDRC is a TextIdentificationFrame
