20c596cec9 added sync back reading progress for remote reading 
added covers to remote folders (it could cause performance issues)
added read next/previous to remote reading

1b2f33d0c6 added new view for empty folders in YACReaderLibrary that shows a list with all the subfolders 
TODO ?use a special case for the root folder?
