Luis Ángel San Martín	de59cbd9e3	Added support for showing the first cover of a folder as the background image in the grid view. The setting strings have been added too, but by now they are not written, only the defaults are read when the folder's content is loaded.	2015-12-07 21:28:36 +01:00
