APE: AudioProperties improvements

Add lengthInSeconds(), lengthInMilliseconds() properties. (#503)
Enable to read bit depth from older version files. (#360)
Remove some data members which are not needed to carry.
Add some tests for audio properties.
Add some supplementary comments.
