batch commit version 3.2.1:

- fixed crash in player when when not using s&h in distortion, but using stereo
- changes for instrument link when loading patches
- fixed link detection for patches, optional stayalive recording noise
- new glitch unit
- micro fix for crash with local stores in global channel
- fix for using distortion with stereo and s&h
