fix: Qt Creator 19 API breaking changes (#328)

* Inherits `QodeAssist::Settings::AgentRolesWidget` from `Core::IOptionsPageWidget`

* Adds `QodeAssist::Settings::showSettings` function and use it instead `Core::ICore::showOptionsDialog`
